Ballarat Thai Ethnic Program

Unfortunately the Thai program is taking a break.  We hope to work with the Ballarat Thai Community to train up some presenters so that this important program can return soon.

Atistan Promsirisang (อธิษฐาน พรหมสิริแสง)
Tanya Tantayakorn (ธัญญา ตันตรยากร)

Bankok-Golden-PalaceSawasdee is the first Thai language program that started in Ballarat in February 2008 by Atistan Promsirisang. In 2009, the progam was more lively when Tanya Tantayakorn joined in with more easy listening Thai music. In 2012, we welcomed Wiprasri Chalaprawat (วิภาศรี ชาลาประวรรตน์) to join our team with more interesting content world wide

Sawasdee program provides magazine style with news, current affairs, information and music from a variety of sources, including talk back and live interview both from Australia and Thailand.

Sawasdee (sah-wah-DEE) is one of the most common words in the Thai language, used both as a greeting and a farewell.
