Born and raised in Ballarat, Justin has developed a lifetime of networks in both the public and private sectors having served in a number of leadership positions. He is a mental health advocate, serving as the local representative of Mr Perfect Ballarat and also hosts a radio show via Voice FM focusing on a wide variety of lifestyle topics including mental health, wealth, fitness, relationships and overall lifestyle.
