Now semi-retired, his career spanned both the private and public sectors.In his career, Ron held senior corporate management positions – including key leadership roles in strategic planning, project development and implementation of corporate objectives – in broadcasting, marketing, retail, tourism, arts, public and corporate relations, and program and event management. He was also proud to have established and operated his own multi award-winning business in the Ballarat hospitality industry.Today he is a civil celebrant and a Justice of the Peace for Victoria.
