Newsletter – Volunteers’ Voice
Welcome to our Newsletter page where you can access copies of current and past editions. We are very grateful to Ron Woods who took this task on and continues to gather material and produce an informative publication for our volunteers and all keen to know what we are up to.
In the first issue Ron said: .. planned to be a regular newsletter for our volunteers. With around 200 volunteers, including 126 on-air presenters, it’s hard to keep in touch with everyone. This newsletter will let you know what’s happening around our station.
It will also give you the chance to tell all of us what exciting things are happening to you. Have you been on holiday, become a parent or grand-parent, won Tattslotto (don’t we wish!), or had some other exciting or dramatic news? Then let us know, so we can include your news in the next issue. You can also submit other items of interest, such as movie, album and book reviews and reports of events you’ve attended.
As this is the first issue, we’d like your feedback – good or bad – and suggestions for what you’d like to see included (or not included, for that matter) in future issues. Comments and contributions should be emailed to [email protected] or may be sent or hand-delivered to the station.
To minimise printing and postage costs (and save some trees!):-
- we email the newsletter to you. Please ensure we have your correct email address.
- Photocopies of each Newsletter are made available for collection from the station. These are in Black and White only.
- Now available to download from our website.
